The largest single spring flowing into the Suwannee River, this Outstanding Florida Spring earns its name as manatees can often be seen in the colder months, and birds and other wildlife can be seen year-round. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the park’s 800-foot boardwalk that runs through a canopy of cypress trees. The spring is a popular tourist spot for swimming, diving, paddling, and camping.
Manatee Spring is part of Manatee Springs State Park.
